(Frequently Asked Questions)

Frequently asked questions:

Q: What is this Virtual Queuing?

A: No more standing and waiting in long lines. 13 Stories Haunted House uses virtual queuing during our fall season. One person in your group (up to 10) will simply text 13 Stories to 404-620-2978 after 7:am on the day you plan to visit 13 Stories Haunted House or go HERE for our home kiosk and you are automatically placed into our "virtual queue". Our system will simply keep you updated by text starting around the time we open. Arrive at 13 Stories Haunted House ANY TIME before closing after receiving your "It's Your Turn!" text and you will go straight into the Queue Area.

If you have or plan to purchase VIP passes DO NOT get into our virtual queue! You simply arrive, purchase tickets if needed and proceed to the front courtyard and see our host!

Q: How scary is 13 Stories Haunted House?

A: Extremely. Our scares are designed to be very intense from start to finish.

Q: How long does it take to go through?

A: This is a very hard question to answer as some people walk faster than others. Rest assured if you do the 6 pack all inclusive pass you will be here for an hour or so. If you buy extra magazines for The Apocalypse Zombie Kill Experience you can shoot all night!

Q: What is the Sacrifice Haunt??

A: Sacrifice is our extreme haunted house. It has been rated by USA Today as one of the top ten extreme haunted attractions in the United States.  Only those that have a signed waiver are allowed to enter.  Inside this intense haunt you could be subjected to any and all mental and physical torment.  You must read and sign our waiver before entering.  You are subject to being pushed, pulled, shocked, wet, yelled at and worse!  We suggest you not enter if you possibly would not be able to handle an event of this type.  Police Officers/Security will be monitoring all aspects of Sacrifice as well as all other haunts.  You WILL be arrested if you physically or verbally retaliate against one of our actors contrary to law.  Any other questions about Sacrifice cannot be answered as it could reveal secrets of the event.  Just be assured that you will not be hurt or injured in any way.

Q: How many go through at a time?

A: 6-8 people at a time.  We keep the groups at these numbers to maximize each patron's experience.

Q: Is 13 Stories really 13 Stories tall?

A: No.  We simply use today's technology to simulate a 13 story tall haunted attraction.

Q: Will I be separated from my group?

A: Maybe.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?

A: You can purchase tickets by clicking the BUY TICKETS NOW banner at the top of this page or you can purchase tickets at the door. Our box office accepts cash and plastic (credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).  You avoid ticketing lines when you order online.

Q: What rules must I follow while visiting 13 Stories?

A: We have a few basic rules which must be followed at all times: *Do not touch any haunt actors or staff at any time*Do not bring any weapons, alcoholic beverages, or pets onto the property*Respect other customers and haunt employees; no rude or lewd behavior, defacing property, etc.*No smoking inside the attractions, or within 15 feet of any structure (per Coweta and State Fire Code) *No flashlights, cell phones or cell phone lights, lighters, or flash photography inside the attractions.  please view our waiver for more details.

Q: What if we walk up on another group in the haunted house?

A: Slow down to maximize your experience.  You will not get the full effect of the attraction if you get too close to the group ahead of you or if a group walks up on your group.   It is easier to see ahead of you so we ask all groups to slow down if you see that you are getting close to the group ahead of you.  This way each scene will have a chance to "reload" and you and your group will get the best experience possible.

Q: Is 13 Stories Haunted House wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, entirely.

Q: Can I wear costumes or masks to 13 Stories Haunted House?

A: Costumes are okay, but masks are not allowed for the safety of our employees and guests.  This rule does not apply on the weekend before and the night of Halloween each year or on Halloween night.  Please just make sure you remove the mask when you approach the ticket booth or our security and police officers on duty. Never approach the ticket booth in a mask.

Q: How much is admission?

A: See our TICKETS page.

Q: Do I HAVE to print out my coupon to bring with me?

A: Of course not.  We are in the modern age.  Just show the coupon on a smart phone.

Q: Is there a different admission price for children?

A: No.

Q: How old do you have to be to get in to 13 Stories Haunted House?

A: That is up to you.  Many young children have a great time, others will not make it all the way through. Even some adults get too scared to make it through.  We incorporate loud music, strobe lights, fog machines and gory scenes and creatures in our shows.  Please be aware that there are NO REFUNDS if you or a member of your party are too scared to make it through.  EVEN IF you have not started the show.  Once the ticket is purchased there are no refunds.  We provide Chicken Doors throughout.

Q: How old do you have to be to get in to Apocalypse Zombie Kill Experience?

Any age.  Just be mindful that the M4 assault rifles are as heavy as the real thing.  Smaller kids may not be able to make it all the way through with one.
